Boosie Badazz claims that throughout the last four years, he and everyone else suffered under what he believes to be Joe Biden’s tax plan. He looks forward to more tax relief during Donald Trump’s next term.
During an Instagram Live on Wednesday, December 11, Boosie expressed his opinions; however, it seems that he is unaware that the United States has been subject to a tax law implemented by Trump since 2017 that does not actually expire until 2025.
“If Trump wins, I will earn a lot more money. “This year, I am going to go crazy,” Boosie declared. When Biden was in office, it appeared that people lacked the funds to sustain themselves. So I will give this a shot. People simply do not have it, but I do not take no losses. Really, I have no idea who it was. I only know that taxes were killing me throughout that era, even if it was not Biden.
You have to pay $350,000 for every $1 million. Half of your money is lost if you spend $100,000. Man, it is not fair. Who is the recipient of the funds? The middle class is still in the dark, after all. 400k, every million dollars? How are you going to earn money? How are you going to avoid debt? The entire planet in debt.
Less than two weeks after his federal gun case in San Diego had been dismissed, Boosie was re-indicted during the summer.
The Baton Rouge rapper, who is still fighting it, went to X to try to get a pardon soon after Trump won the election in November.
“@realDonaldTrump ON MY FED CASE, CAN YOU PARDON ME? The morning following the election, Boosie wrote, “I am a NON VIOLENT FELON.” The courts decided that a 922g cannot be used to charge a non-violent person. The ruling has been appealed, but the judge dismissed my case! I am fighting this case after being indicted once more! THIS EXACTLY IS THE DUARTE v. US CASE THAT WAS DECIDED UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
“One more thing,” he added, “would you mind sitting down with me and discussing how you are GIVING POLICE immunity? This will, in my opinion, encourage officers to commit deadly crimes. DO NOT DO THIS, PLEASE. Anyway, congrats on your victory! Together, we can raise this money and lower these taxes. I am dying of shit.
Boosie Badazz’s gun case began in June 2023 when he was detained in San Diego as he was leaving a courthouse following the court’s dismissal of a previous gun case.
There were several gun-related allegations against him, including “felony possession of a handgun and trafficking firearms across roads,” it was later disclosed. Federal court filings state that the “Wipe Me Down” rapper’s poorly thought-out Instagram Live posts led to his indictment.
