Some of Cassie’s texts to Diddy were read out loud in court. In one, she said she was “always ready” for a freak off session.
As Diddy’s lawyers questioned the singer, the jury were shown a number of graphic and explicit text messages between the ex-couple.
In 2009, Cassie sent a message that said, “I’m always ready to freak off, it can be whenever.”
Diddy’s lawyers were trying to show that the singer was willing to take part in the freak offs and that all of the sexual action was voluntary.
Cassie also told the music mogul in other messages, “I feel like I want to fuck” and “I’m so horny I can’t concentrate.”

The prosecution is trying to show that Diddy’s freak offs were against the will of the people who took part and that he forced and drugged people to have sexual encounters.

Daniel Philip, a male escort who is 41 years old, started seeing the couple in 2012 and got sexual with them for about a year.
Philip said in court that Cassie asked him to pee in her mouth during one of their sex sessions.
Emily Johnson, the prosecutor, said earlier, “Cassie will tell you that she felt like she was choking when Combs made an escort urinate in her mouth.”
He said that they had sex with Cassie while Diddy watched, masturbated, and sometimes gave them instructions.
Philip says that each time he met the couple, they paid him a lot of money.
Philip also said the sex could last anywhere from one hour to ten hours.
Philip also said he had trouble “staying hard” around Diddy after seeing the music mogul reportedly attack Cassie and that he would not get paid if he couldn’t perform sexually.
