XXL Mag UK: Jahkidd, congratulations on your recent appearance on Shade 45. What was that experience like for you, and how did you land the spot?

Jahkidd: Thank you. It was an honor to be on Shade 45. I’ve always been a fan of Eminem and his platform, so to be invited on the show was a dream come true. As for how I landed the spot, I think it’s a combination of my music and my reputation in the industry. I’ve built a loyal following, and my music speaks for itself.

XXL Mag UK: You’ve been featured on some major hip-hop outlets, including the front page of HipHopSince1987. How does it feel to have that kind of recognition without the support of a major label?

Jahkidd

Jahkidd: It’s a great feeling, knowing that my music is being recognized by some of the biggest names in the industry. It’s a testament to my hard work and dedication. I’m proud to be an independent artist, and I’m grateful for the support of my fans.

XXL Mag UK: You’ve also made headlines in the UK, being featured in Music Times UK. What do you think about the UK hip-hop scene, and do you have any plans to tour there soon?

Jahkidd: The UK hip-hop scene is thriving, and I’m a big fan of the talent coming out of there.

As for touring, I’m always looking for new opportunities, so we’ll see what the future holds.

XXL Mag UK: Last question: What advice would you give to up-and-coming artists trying to make it in the industry without major label backing?

Jahkidd

Jahkidd: My advice would be to stay focused, work hard, and believe in yourself. It’s not easy, but if you’re passionate about your music, it will show. Build a loyal fan base, and don’t be afraid to take risks and try new things.
